A photographic and image-making study centred on Orto Parisi’s Risvelium parfum. Minorstep places the black-capped bottle in a biological, almost alien environment of iris-like detail, velvety dark clusters, reflective eyes and blue mineral surfaces. The series translates the fragrance’s theme of awakening and the connection between the terrestrial and ethereal into tactile still-life images built from scale, texture and controlled light. The product remains legible while its surrounding world moves towards surrealism.
