Kosmos Index is a beauty portrait series constructed through three close studies of a freckled face. Minorstep uses a white field, saturated red lips, dark liner and small flashes of teal around the eyes to create a precise colour system while keeping natural skin texture visible. Changes in crop, rotation and gaze turn the same subject into a compact visual index, moving between direct portrait and graphic composition. The restrained set and near-macro framing place expression, make-up and surface detail at the centre of the work.
